The information presented on this web site is the property of the City of Saguenay. Unless notified otherwise, the rights of the City apply to all documents, data, compilations and other works published on this site. Trademarks held by the City are also protected.
The City of Saguenay signature (logo) is protected under copyright and municipal by-law. In this case, the signature may not be used by other companies, organizations or individuals without written authorization from the Communications Division of the City of Saguenay.
Integrity of information
The City of Saguenay strives to ensure the accuracy of information published on its web site. The City is in no way responsible for any document, data or other content once it has been downloaded, printed, or reproduced in any other way.
In the event of a discrepancy between an official document and the information published on the web site, the official document always takes precedence.

Use of photos or other material
Despite the care the City takes to respect the copyright on photos used (generally acquired free of copyright), it undertakes to quickly remove any photo or graphic, in the absence of an agreement, that could be litigious or that contravenes the agreements signed with the alleged author. The municipality does not take responsibility for photos supplied by a third party which illustrate the party's establishment, services or activities and particularly those related to the company's description in the context of specialized areas (in tourism for example).
